    That’s literally what therapy is for: untangling the mess when you can’t quite name it yet. Maybe all you know is there’s a heaviness, a fog, or a sense that something isn’t right.

    Some moms come in with a bullet-point agenda of everything they want to cover — and we love that clarity. Some moms are coming-in-hot, baby on hip, unfinished grilled cheese from breakfast in hand, and dogs barking at the Amazon driver (Wait, what? Some moms actually eat meals during the day??🤯) However you arrive, you belong.

  • Totally. Crying is basically cardio for your soul. And unlike cardio, you might actually feel better after.

  • Yes, please 🙂 Messy, noisy, wiggly babies included. That’s real life.

  • Nope. Zero judgment. The whole “love every moment” thing? Absolute nonsense. That’s the part that deserves to be judged, not you.
